Tzugu has been in the ad business for 23 years, which says a lot either about his consistence or his inertia.
After a two-year stop at DDB Bucharest, he moved to McCann as a copywriter, to become Head of Copy in three years and Deputy Creative Director after another two. His fast ascension is explained both by his ability to write and the lack of highly qualified people in the industry back in the days.
Along the years, he’s worked on almost all the accounts in McCann, from Coke to Nestle to Heineken to… just check their client portfolio. Currently he’s just working on Nestle, Strauss and wherever else duty calls.
His favourite medium is radio and he is into music in general (aren’t we all listing it in “Hobbies”?) and into advertising music occasionally. Hence his presence in this conference.
